Introduction

Shaanxi HYTEC Composite Co., Ltd. is a exclusive investment subsidiary company of the Chinese famous fiberglass enterprise---HuaTek (Group) Corporation. HYTEC company is established in 1985, specially in charge of development and production for FRP composite material. HYTEC has many kinds of molding technologies for FRP, such as SMC sheet, compression, pultursion profiles, RTM (injection molding), spray-up and hand lay-up. Our company has an abundance of technology, advanced equipment, and a stronger capacity of development and production. Products used widely in the fields of automobile, communication, railway, expressway, sports and amusement facilities. 一、 SMC模壓生產(chǎn)線

公司SMC模壓成型生產(chǎn)線建于1995年，擁有100噸到1800噸不同噸位的模壓機(jī)五臺(tái)，年可生產(chǎn)各種產(chǎn)品25萬(wàn)件以上。目前生產(chǎn)的SMC重卡汽車散熱器罩、鐵路信號(hào)箱系列產(chǎn)品、通訊用天線罩、電纜橋架、高速路防眩板、體育場(chǎng)看臺(tái)座椅等產(chǎn)品，質(zhì)量可靠，用戶滿意。

二、 SMC片材生產(chǎn)線

公司SMC片材生產(chǎn)線，年生產(chǎn)能力達(dá)萬(wàn)噸以上。可生產(chǎn)普通型、阻燃型、低密度型、可透波型、電器型等多種不同用途的片材。其性能指標(biāo)優(yōu)良，質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，從而保證了模壓產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量要求。

三、 連續(xù)拉擠生產(chǎn)線

公司擁有數(shù)條性能優(yōu)良的拉擠生產(chǎn)線，主要從事通訊用天線罩及各種形材的研發(fā)與生產(chǎn)，特別在開(kāi)發(fā)通訊用天線罩的過(guò)程中取得突破，形成優(yōu)勢(shì)。生產(chǎn)的薄壁大口徑（Φ250、厚度3mm）天線罩，國(guó)內(nèi)首創(chuàng)，產(chǎn)品受到國(guó)內(nèi)外用戶的一致好評(píng)。

四、 噴射、手糊生產(chǎn)線

噴射是我們1986年引進(jìn)美國(guó)的玻璃鋼成型工藝，專門從事大型、異型玻璃鋼產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)與生產(chǎn)。結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)的手糊工藝，先后開(kāi)發(fā)生產(chǎn)了大型游樂(lè)設(shè)施水滑道、乒乓球臺(tái)面、籃球板、大型天線罩等產(chǎn)品，其中中國(guó)南戴河連續(xù)多年的水滑道游樂(lè)設(shè)施均為我們生產(chǎn)。產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量水平，國(guó)內(nèi)。

 SMC Compression Molding Production Line

SMC compression molding production line was built in 1995, possessed different press for 5 pieces from 100 tons to 1800 tons, annual production capacity is above 250-thousand pieces. At present our main products, including SMC radiatior guard for truck, signal box for railway, antenna cover for communication, crane span structure for electric cable, fender for expressway, and FRP chairs for stadium, have been well accepted by consumer in excellent quality.

 SMC Sheet Production Line

SMC sheet production line has annual production capacity of more than 10-thousand tons. We can provide many SMC sheets for different uses, such as ordinary sheet, flame retardant sheet, low density sheet, microwave transmissible sheet, and electronic sheet. Since their good specifications and stable quality, the quality requirement for SMC compression molding product has been guaranteed.

 Continuous Pultrusion Production Line

We have a few of FRP continuous pultrusion production line, specialized to in charge of development and production for communication antenna cover and all kinds of profiles. We have been special superior in processing FRP antenna cover for communicaiton. The antenna cover of thin thickness and big calibre (Φ250、thickness 3mm ) is the only new product in our country.. Meanwhile, the products have been well accepted by consumers from internal and external country.

 Spray-up and Hand Lay-up Production Line

The spray-up is our first technical process, introduced from the United States in 1986. specialized in developing and producing of large and profiled FRP products. Combining the traditional hand lay-up technology, we have developed slide chute for large amusement facility, table top for table tennis, backboard for basketball, large antenna cover. The slide chutes of the Nandaihe in China is produced by our company for these years. The quality of our products is in the lead level in domestic market.
