氣動法蘭球閥的閥座多選用聚四氟乙烯、對位聚苯等高分子聚合材料，密封性能好，但材料相對較軟。由于進口氣動法蘭球閥2.jpg材料較軟，但又要達到一定的密封比壓，勢必增加啟閉扭矩，為了盡量改善此種情況，RETZ采用雙斜面彈性密封圈或V形槽彈性密封圈結構設計，利用管道內壓力推動球體，幫助密封。當介質壓力較小時，密封圈與球體接觸面積較小，故有較大的密封比壓，確保可靠密封。介質壓力較大時，密封圈與球體接觸面積增大。故密封圈能承受較大的介質推力而不會損壞。對于工作壓力很低的球閥，考慮到介質壓力不能確保閥座可靠密封，而預緊力長期使用后又會衰減，故對于低壓、超低壓或真空工況用球閥，采用彈簧加載的閥座密封結構，能確保球閥長期可靠的密封 retz品牌 (Floating type, fixed type) The valve seat of pneumatic flange ball valve is mostly made of polymer materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, counterpoint polystyrene, which has good sealing performance, but the material is relatively soft.
