（單作用常開(kāi)式）當(dāng)氣源進(jìn)入氣缸控制腔，隔膜下壓，關(guān)閉閥門(mén)通道，當(dāng)氣缸控制腔無(wú)氣源壓力時(shí)，隔膜上升，閥門(mén)通道被打開(kāi) (Single acting normally open type) When the air source enters the cylinder control chamber, the diaphragm is pressed down and the valve passage is closed. When there is no air source pressure in the cylinder control chamber, the diaphragm rises and the valve passage is opened
