SB891 物質(zhì)特性：
PP不存在環(huán)境應(yīng)力開(kāi)裂問(wèn)題。通常，采用加入玻璃纖維、金屬添加劑或熱塑橡膠的方法對(duì)PP進(jìn)行改性。PP的流動(dòng)率MFR范圍在1~40。低MFR的PP材料抗沖擊特性較好但延展強(qiáng)度較低。對(duì)于相同MFR的材料，共聚物型的強(qiáng)度比均聚物型的要高。 由于結(jié)晶，PP的收縮率相當(dāng)高，一般為1.8~2.5%。并且收縮率的方向均勻性比PE-HD等材料要好得多。加入30%的玻璃添加劑可以使收縮率降到0.7%。 均聚物型和共聚物型的PP材料都具有優(yōu)良的抗吸濕性、抗酸堿腐蝕性、抗溶解性。然而，它對(duì)芳香烴（如苯）溶劑、氯化烴（四氯化碳）溶劑等沒(méi)有抵抗力。

均聚物型和共聚物型的PP材料都具有優(yōu)良的抗吸濕性、抗酸堿腐蝕性、抗溶解性。然而，它對(duì)芳香烴（如苯）溶劑、氯化烴（四氯化碳）溶劑等沒(méi)有抵抗力。PP也不象PE那樣在高溫下仍具有抗氧化性。
SB891 擠出制品：
管材管件：主要以PPC為原料，用于上水、排水、供暖、化工腐蝕性介質(zhì)等；管材與管件間可用熱熔法連接。
片材：常以PP/PE共混物為原料，主要用于文具和吸塑制品，比如文件夾、夾、影集、一次性水杯等。
另外，PP還可以用來(lái)擠出棒材、板材等制品。
中空制品：PP中空制品的透明性和力學(xué)性能好，單層瓶主要用于洗滌劑、化妝品和藥品的包裝，與阻隔材料復(fù)合的復(fù)合瓶可用于食品、液體燃料、化學(xué)試劑的包裝。
