什么是CAPAR？
CAPAR是Corrective Action Plan Acknowledgement Report的縮寫，是改善計劃確認報告。
CAPAR的目的？
對工廠的審核日期進行存檔
歸納工廠的違規(guī)情況
就違規(guī)情況和工廠溝通，允許工廠提出不同的意見并讓工廠了解違規(guī)為了改善違規(guī)，和工廠討論糾正事宜
證明審核員審核結論
CAPAR流程
要求工廠在CAPAR上簽名（如果工廠不認同CAPAR所發(fā)現(xiàn)的違規(guī)或拒絕簽名，審核員在報告上備注）留一份副本予工廠
工廠無違規(guī)情況時，審核員也留給工廠一份報告副本，但不能有“可接受”的字眼；在違規(guī)現(xiàn)寫上N/A或留著空白
嚴重違規(guī)舉例:
嚴重:1.三個或以上的童工2.非自愿勞工3.體罰4.高度關歷史性童工5.懷孕測試6.克扣工資7.虛假資料
